wirksame) Vorstufe des nat\u00fcrlichen, wirksamen Glukokortikoids Kortisol bzw. Hydrokortison. Das nat\u00fcrliches Glukokortikoid Kortisol wird in der Nebennierenrinde gebildet und ist f\u00fcr den Organismus lebensnotwendig.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Kortisol wird nicht kontinuierlich, sondern schubweise in einem zirkadianen Rhythmus ausgesch\u00fcttet. Es kommt am Morgen zu einem starken Anstieg der Kortisol-Konzentration im Blut, die im Laufe des Tages wieder absinkt. Diese schubweise Freisetzung macht uns wach und bereit f\u00fcr den Tag. Zu den nat\u00fcrlichen Funktionen von Kortisol geh\u00f6rt unter anderem eine Erh\u00f6hung des Blutzuckerspiegels, um uns Energie f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen des Tages bereitzustellen.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In Stress- oder in Belastungssituationen wird es in deutlich h\u00f6heren Mengen produziert und ausgesch\u00fcttet; somit geh\u00f6rt Kortisol zu der Gruppe der Stresshormone. Diese \u00dcberproduktion hat den Effekt, dass entz\u00fcndliche Prozesse im Organismus durch immunsuppressive Eigenschaften blockiert werden. Glukokortikoide kann man als Tablette einnehmen, dann wirken diese \u201esystemisch\u201c (den gesamten Organismus betreffend). Der Wirkstoff wird ins Blut aufgenommen und wirkt im ganzen K\u00f6rper. Aber Achtung: Nat\u00fcrliche und Synthetische werden beide gleicherma\u00dfen in Laboren chemisch hergestellt. Die Unterteilung \u201enat\u00fcrlich\u201c bedeutet, dass die Glukokortikoide Kortison und Kortisol in ihrer chemischen Struktur identisch zu den Formen sind, welche die Nebennierenrinde produziert. Synthetische Glukokortikoide sind in ihrer chemischen Struktur ver\u00e4ndert worden, um deren Wirkung zu modifizieren. Synthetische Glukokortikoide sind in Relation zu Kortison bzw.
