data-contrast=\"auto\">Durch zu langes und h\u00e4ufiges Sitzen entstehen Schmerzen im unteren R\u00fccken<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, insbesondere an den Lendenwirbeln, <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">aufgrund einer Verk\u00fcrzung von Muskeln und dem Verkleben von Muskelfaszien<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> im Bereich des unteren Torsos. Stark von diesem Prozess betroffen ist die Muskulatur des gro\u00dfen H\u00fcftbeugers (Musculus iliopsoas), welcher f\u00fcr die H\u00fcftbeweglichkeit und das Gehen essenziell ist und zur inneren H\u00fcftmuskulatur z\u00e4hlt.\u00a0 Bei \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Sitzen und geringer k\u00f6rperlicher Aktivit\u00e4t bleibt dieser Muskel f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Zeit stark angespannt, was zu der Verk\u00fcrzung sowie verminderter Durchblutung und schmerzhaften Verspannungen f\u00fchren kann. Dadurch<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">wird der H\u00fcftbeuger nicht mehr ausreichend gedehnt und kann sich nicht mehr entspannen. Wird dieser nicht mehr ausreichend gestreckt, entwickelt sich im weiteren Verlauf oft ein Hohlkreuz (Hyperlordose). Mit dieser Haltung versucht der K\u00f6rper die Fehlbelastung auszugleichen. Dabei steht der Brustkorb nicht mehr senkrecht \u00fcber Becken und Beinen, sondern in nach hinten verlagerter Position. Die Muskeln im unteren R\u00fccken reagieren darauf ebenfalls mit Verk\u00fcrzung und Verkleben der Faszien. Schlussendlich kommt es so auch zu einer Fehlbelastung der Bandscheiben und Lendenwirbel, was die Schmerzen im unteren R\u00fccken weiter verst\u00e4rkt.
