Ich bin mittlerweile 59 Jahre alt und habe vor f\u00fcnf Jahren die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apo.com/magazin\/diabetes-mellitus\/typ-2\/diagnose\">Diagnose Diabetes Typ 2<\/a> bekommen. Ich war wegen eines kleinen M\u00fcckenstichs bei der \u00c4rztin. Der wollte nicht heilen, ist also eine richtige Beule geworden und habe gedacht, da muss irgendwas gemacht werden. Ich habe gedacht, die verschreibt mir jetzt eine Salbe. Aber Frau Doktor hat sich dann meine F\u00fc\u00dfe angesehen und die waren so mit bunten Sommersprossen gesprenkelt. Sie hat dann gleich gesagt: \u201eOkay, wir nehmen mal Blut ab und machen mal ein Blutbild und dann kommen sie an einem anderen Tag zur Diagnose.\u201d. Ich bin dann hingegangen und dann wurde ich gefragt: \u201eWussten Sie eigentlich, dass Sie Diabetes Typ 2 haben?\u201d. Ich sage: \u201eNein, wusste ich nicht. Und ich habe doch gestern s\u00fc\u00df gegessen und wahrscheinlich davon.\u201d. Und da meinte sie dann: \u201cNein, nein, der HbA1c l\u00fcgt nicht und Sie haben einen HbA1c von 10 Prozent dran. Das ist schon ganz beachtlich.\u201d. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ja, am Tag der Diagnose war das nat\u00fcrlich sehr, sehr schockierend. Es war wirklich so, als ob mir ein Pferd in den Hintern getreten h\u00e4tte. Und ich habe mich dann nat\u00fcrlich sehr schnell mit diesem Thema besch\u00e4ftigt, habe mich eingelesen und man stellt sich dann immer die Frage: \u201eJa, was kannst du jetzt machen?\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h3>Diagnose Diabetes Typ 2 \u2013 und nun?<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ich habe dann erst mal Ern\u00e4hrung, ich habe dann Bewegung in meinen Tag integriert. Also die Ern\u00e4hrung habe ich komplett umgestellt. Ja, ich habe innerhalb der ersten acht Wochen nach Diagnose insgesamt 15,5 Kilogramm abgenommen und ich habe mich wirklich gef\u00fchlt wie ein kleiner Schneek\u00f6nig, als die Waage dann 99,5 Kilogramm, also unter 100 war. Und das ist nat\u00fcrlich ein tolles Gef\u00fchl. Und ich habe dann ganz einfach weitergemacht, bin drangeblieben. Und das Sch\u00f6ne ist nat\u00fcrlich, Diabetes ist eine Lebensaufgabe und wir k\u00f6nnen es nach dem jetzigen Stand der \u00e4rztlichen Heilkunst nicht heilen, aber wir k\u00f6nnen es in die Remission bringen. Bei mir hat es elf Monate gedauert und ich brauche keine Medikamente mehr.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559685&quot;:0,&quot;335559737&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3>Leben mit Diabetes<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ja, ich kann gut mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apo.com/magazin\/diabetes-mellitus\/typ-2\">Diabetes Typ 2<\/a> leben. Ich kann gut mit dieser Krankheit umgehen. Das hei\u00dft, ich akzeptiere diese Krankheit. Ich wei\u00df, dass es da keine Heilung gibt und dass es immer wirklich ein t\u00e4glicher Kampf ist, ist manchmal so. Das hei\u00dft also immer bewegen und nat\u00fcrlich die Ern\u00e4hrung \u00fcberwiegend auf gesund umstellen. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Aber es gibt nat\u00fcrlich auch so die kleinen Fallstricke. Das hei\u00dft, ich war jetzt in Dresden und Dresden ist ber\u00fchmt f\u00fcr die Dresdner Eierschecke, habe dann auch mal ein St\u00fcck Dresdner Eierschecke gegessen. Und siehe da, der Blutzucker stieg, stieg, stieg und bei 264 habe ich dann nachher so ein bisschen Panik bekommen und habe mir dann die Schuhe angezogen und bin dann wirklich eine halbe Stunde durch die Gegend gelaufen, z\u00fcgig gelaufen. Und dann hat man nat\u00fcrlich den Blutzucker ganz schnell wieder im Normalma\u00df. Es ist Arbeit und man muss es ins Leben integrieren.
