Den ersten Schub hatte ich im Juni 2020, als meine Tochter acht Monate war<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\"> und dann wurde relativ schnell die Diagnose auch festgestellt<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\">.<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\">B<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\">eziehungsweise bin ich erst mal zur <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\">Hausr\u00e4rztin<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\"> gegangen und di<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\">e<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\"> hatte mich dann zum Neurologen, zum Orthop\u00e4den geschickt<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\"> und dann war ich im MRT, woraufhin dann die ersten L\u00e4sionen auch auf den Bildern zu sehen waren, im Kopf und in der Halswirbels\u00e4ule. Dann war ich zur Diagnostik<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW158268056 BCX2\"> im Januar 2020 f\u00fcr drei Tage und da wurden einige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apo.com/magazin\/multiple-sklerose\/diagnose\/untersuchungen\">Untersuchungen<\/a> unternommen und dann stand es relativ schnell fest.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><h3>Diagnose Multiple Sklerose \u2013 und nun?<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ich habe die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apo.com/magazin\/multiple-sklerose\/diagnose\/untersuchungen\">MS-Diagnose<\/a> ziemlich gefasst aufgenommen. Also es war nat\u00fcrlich ein Schock, aber ich hatte mich schon vorher darauf vorbereitet. Und f\u00fcr mich war klar, okay, ich m\u00f6chte gerne Kinder oder noch ein zweites Kind und dann hatte ich geguckt, was kann mir schlimmstenfalls passieren? Also ich hatte relativ schnell gute Informationen im Internet gefunden und das hat mir total geholfen am Anfang. Und dann habe ich geguckt, okay, im schlimmsten Fall lande ich irgendwann im Rollstuhl und damit kann ich irgendwann umgehen, glaube ich. Also da hatte ich auf jeden Fall das n\u00f6tige Vertrauen, dass ich dem gewachsen bin und dass ich hoffentlich auch lange noch verschont bleibe und ein gutes Leben f\u00fchren werden.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3>Leben mit Multipler Sklerose<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">Es hat mir geholfen, dar\u00fcber zu reden und mich anderen mitzuteilen, also dass ich einen offenen Umgang damit habe. Also<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\"> ich habe mein <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">L<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">eben nicht gro\u00dfartig anpassen m\u00fcssen, weil ich schon vorher auf einen be<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">wussten <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">Lebensstil geachtet hatte. Ich habe Teilzeit gearbeitet, vorher schon, und das war mir wichtig, dass ich das auch mit der Erkrankung beibehalte. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">Also<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\"> dass ich jetzt wirklich <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">keinen Stress unn\u00f6tigerweise eingehe, sondern einfach so weitermache wie bisher auch. Ansonsten Stressreduktion \u2013 das ist nat\u00fcrlich mit Kindern nicht immer so einfach, aber das habe ich nat\u00fcrlich soweit<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\"> oder so gut es ging versucht umzusetzen. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\" lang=\"DE-DE\" xml:lang=\"DE-DE\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">Und dann hatte ich eine Ern\u00e4hrungsberatung zu Beginn und die hatte mir auch einfach noch mal einige Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben, auf was ich zu achten habe oder was ich vermehrt esse<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">n<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\"> sollte<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">, was weniger, was ist entz\u00fcndungshemmend, was ist entz\u00fcndungsf\u00f6rdernd. Das war auf jeden Fall<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\"> auch noch mal gut. Und dann von der <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">Bewegung<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\"> her: ich hatte mich vorher <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW40459500 BCX2\">schon gern bewegt, ich habe immer gerne Sport gemacht, da habe ich gar nicht mehr oder gar nicht viel ge\u00e4ndert oder umstellen m\u00fcssen.
